Fingers crossed you'll make it, although I reckon your chances are much higher than ours!

I'm confident our car will be fine, it's done about 400 miles so far running around and it's getting a full service + cambelt and waterpump this weekend.

Got all the service stuff from Euro Car Parts for free as we are doing it for charity

I could've sworn the rear bumper was yellow when he pulls up outside his birds parents' house? Either that or the sticker was on the bootlid?

I knew we had the sticker in the wrong place, as there was already a sticker on the car and it was taking the paint off trying to get it off, hence the location of the "blowjob" sticker.

Just for you, I went home and placed it on top of the other sticker, so it is now in its rightful place!

Getting slightly concerned that we are meant to be arriving in Calais two weeks from today and things aren't looking too good there

I'm crossing on the 10th using the tunnel and I won't be amused if I have to wait for a train - I have a 10 hr drive the other side!

Hmmm, got to say I don't fancy your chances mate unless things improve!

We are on the ferry which as far as I can tell, so far it's okay. Our trip is very tight time wise, we have to be in Calais to register on the night of the 13th so we can't be getting delayed for a day or we'll be screwed!

Back from my trip now, was amazing few days. Hard work and the miles are never as easy as you think they will be the night before

It was awesome, long days but we never really had a crossed word, I would do it again.

No breakdowns for us, did over 2000 miles in the end and we had to top up the water once and that was it. Not bad for a 245,000 mile barge

Having a nice big comfy barge helped

FINALLY!!!!

'Registration number:R610 DCX

✔ MOT

Expires: 25 September 2016'

Major issue was emissions. Exhaust manifold was leaking, wouldn't seal even with new gasket, centre section leaking, rear section leaking.

1 tube of fire brick sealant later and it's all sorted

Wow! What a journey.

She made it there and back. I feel rough as arses now, loads of booze, no real sleep, plenty of me getting my kit off!

Paris:

Erm...

Visited the Champagne Region:

Some buggers attacked our car

Visited the Alps

Raced some crap cars

Gotthard Pass, Switzerland

Got on the Monza Circuit!!!

And visited Mont Blanc on the way back.

Loads more photos and videos of me chasing cows naked and streaking the finishing band
