Made up the bunk bed bit

Wasnt happy with the panel join though, so used some filler glue, and some filler (not pictured)

Then sanded down and primed

Also primed these other bits

Then quickly decided wanted to respray the interior walls to add shading and also things like pastels stick to the paint better than the plastic
Primed up

Did some pre shading

Applied a medium grey

Nuln oil in these bits

Then highlighted the raised bits

Thats it for today

I've seen the mumsnet mums moaning about the price of the kit and they don't believe anyone buys and makes them.
Is there a forum for the model. Would like to see someone who is just sticking it together as it comes instead of going to your efforts /skills.

yeah theres a few on it, some gay actually getting angry about all the threads with people modifying them like me, saying he wants those threads removed and only people who build the model as it comes, something about it being worth more in standard mould

I was going to say that I wasn't sure about the row of the seats and that they looked a bit overdone. However, looking at the net, they're actually quite accurate.
Good thread

Decided to redo the sticker thing at the back of the cockpit, using the filter holes themselves, created a template on the computer

Then masked sprayed the back wall with grey parts

Lit up

Some jobs today, my Milliput turned up

So got on with filling the backs of the seats

When that was dry sanded down

Painted

Then stuck the plant on details on these parts, probs needs a bit more weathering

Stuck the control levers in the front of the cockpit

Then made a start on this computer for the hold, wanted this to have a worn chipped metallic look. coat of black wash

Followed that up with a dryish brush of light grey (no pics), then a drybrush of silver, picked out some of the details with various colours

didnt bother with the stick on orange button square thing as it looked crap
