i actually have come to beleive the AI on this is shite, they are too slow entering corners, if they where faster then the while difficulty level would be bumped up abit.

they go into the tuning menu, you can access it before you start a race or in your garage.

try it ... maybe just s2000 but buy some sports soft tyres... then dont fit them - they just disapear lol i tried it a few times and its gone - wasnt in tuning menu

Weirdly feels like a rushed game in places. doesnt seem like 5years in the making.
Loading takes ages at times; unless i have a problem with the game i bought, keep thinking it freezes on me. The races seem to be extremely easy at the moment plus the damage aspect is lame... Toca Touring cars seemed to have better damage imo and that was years ago. Plus the modifying aspect is not great.
Graphics are good though; ecspecially on the non standard cars. Cant wait to get online after ive practiced abit more.

ahh i just figured out the mystery of what happens when you buy parts but dont fit them
They go in the 'items' thing... and can be fitted to any car.
so I had 3 sets of soft sports tyres sitting in items and could fit them to any car, not just the one i had when i bought them

Luke - I think the problem with loading times is to do with Granturismo's server being overloaded - it wasn't like this earlier... the GT life section must sync online now and then and mine keeps saying 'failed to connect'
