anyone ever used Evans cycles, just spent an hour in there looking for a road bike and the guy who worked there was clueless to anything. I was telling him more about the bike, which is saying something as i don't know much at all

I'm hoping it should be a big comfort improvement compared to taking my Nike backpack with 4 water bottles in
Exactly what I've got but I have the black one. Can't fault it really, especially the price compared to camelbak.
Very comfy with ton rs of storage solutions.

The trouble is they've grown to such a size where they don't actually employ bikers, just sales assistants with a few GCSE's

Haven't been out in ages, hoping to get out tomorrow not my jockey wheels have finally turned up. Lot's of fitness to catch up on

Well I fucked my axle the first time I changed my tyres cause I used an Allen key instead of a hex but they also seem to be made of butter as it didn't take much to round it off.
Plus there is no UK distributor for Morewood yet so got the parts whilst I knew a few people.

Why don't you become a distributor for their parts

There is already quite a strong "Retailer" network in the UK for it. It is just they get everything from the German Distributor so takes forever and a day.
Plus there is plenty of distributors in the UK that could have snapped it up but haven't yet, so points towards it not paying well.

First proper month of my LEJOG training schedule and I just hit 300 miles for April - most I have ever done in a month by a long way.
Hopefully get another 50 or so in on Sunday - my club has a local cycling festival going on and im helping out on sweeper duty for 2 of the 27 mile organised rides for newbies

I just did a solo ride. At the bottom of one of the runs was an animal skeleton hanging from a tree, almost shat myself when I first saw it!Photo on my strava route

When were you looking to do lejog?
Just cycle everywhere, to work, to your mates. Just time in the saddle is worth just as much as pumpin out miles.
