Yea picked it up today Russ.

John - no there is a circlip inside the gold piece. Managed it in the end but not sure if I did it right. I'll have to have a read of the fork manual.

what a weird set up nice colour forks though. Been out riding a downhill track tonight learning to jump was nearly clearing a 15ft table top was well pleased just need to get it into my head speed is my friend

Managed to commute to work this week for the first time.

Monday cycled in and drove home having left my car there over the weekend (18 miles).

Thursday cycled both there and back.

54 miles in 3 hours 15ish. 16mph. Thats a base to work up from I think.

I only wrote it as a total to save typing each journey, I know how pace & fatigue works
