2ltr on tb's struggling with a 167bhp car that weighs alot more thats poor! must not have been standard mate!

Il admit I love the gti-6 nice car!
Infact I almost bought one, also looked at the xsara's But theyre very similar matched to the vts and 106, there isnt much in it, down to drivers imo

Well I did forget to mention that it was on a twisty road - The Corsa just didnt handle too well and struggled to get its power down! In a drag race, yeah I would have beaten him - I was just impressed with it at the time.

And your totally right, for the performance difference between yours and the 306GTI/Xsara then you'd be mad to change, nobody notices 0.5 seconds on the road anyway, that goes out of the window when your at the traffic light grand prix, your clutch foot is shaking and you dont get that perfect launch!!!

I am currently driving a very desirable 206 GTI actually. 'Race' - have you been on the track in your 106? Of course you havent. Come on the track and il show you how a Rallye can be quicker than a GTI when I have one aswell. All your figures are pub talk, totally irrelevant. 52 reg silver saxo VTRs are nice, espescially with black VTR rims, I think you should swap yours for one
