spare cam cover came today ready for getting powder coated, still not 100% on colour but white seems to be the way im heading....

tried to do the cambelt at the weekend but the dam tensioner bolt is made of cheese and keeps rounding, tried everything,will reattempt next weekend but with some much needed heat to make it budge! wind deflectors should be here soon

cheers ryan

tried doing cambelt tensioner again, even dropped the engine so i could hammer sockets onto the bolt. still didnt budge, so another wasted day nest step is welding a spanner to it and giving it even more death. wind deflectors have been promised for tomorrow.....we'll see........ payday soon aswell

WTF scotty sorted out someonewho can weld and paint so started saving for that, will come to near £800 all done i reckon. need to pop down and see the fella for a better idea of what needs doing. standard airbox soon to smarten the engine bay up, its too loud with the AEM in the wing, plus im scared of it sucking up water and hydrolocking

wind deflectors arrvied, really happy with their fit and the way they look

also made some new earthing straps as the old ones where looking a little worse for wear

got a few bits done today, fitted standard airbox and fixed my misting up ek9 lights

before

prefer the oem look, hated having a big gap in the engine bay

and lights all opened up



also refitted my plug cover although it still needs to be sprayed
