more modification needed for bulkhead!
now got everything back, all modified (alot more modification needed to this great inlet manifold )
just got to get backing plate fitted to trumpets today, and more to be taken off bulkhead so can fit an air filter!

Also, with the engine mods you mentioned you did: cams, ported inlet etc what kind of BHP figures are you hoping to achieve?

tbh im had enough of this already
no body seems to anything right, everything needs to be modified!
inlet manifold - everythings wrong (was!) was bowed to fuck, too thin plate, so need washers becasue nuts hit studs stops fist!, was 4 bolt fixing, but 4 bolt fixing throttle bodies dont fit, need 2 bolt fixings! had to file alot away to clear throttle link arm,
even the jenvey throttle bodie needed modifing to clear the linkage with a nut on!
give the backing plate and trumpets to some muppet who does the worst cutting ever, attempts to wield it, but bows with heat, and gives it back to me with a few nasty tact wields! so have to striaghten that out with a hammer, fill with silicone to seal and look have decent. now fitted it, its on the piss and looks utter shit with the strut brace on
lessesn learnt, no one can do anything right, do everything yourself! and also buy a car already done standard and dont attempt to modifie it

I felt this hence the civic. Although I do miss having a car to fiddle with
