I've been watching all the Alien and Predator films lately.
Been recording shit loads of stuff while the X-Box is getting fixed. Watched my favourite Jet Li film last night - Kiss Of The Dragon

Tom, yeah all the original members have now left so that was a "joke" I heard this morning

Mike - A lot! It's not the food and stuff so much but the vets bills if something happens. You need to be prepared to put a lot of time in. I wouldn't have another dog

I had to take one of my mums dogs to the vet after she decided to eat some glass and it was £200 just for the visit before you'd payed for any x-rays or treatment

There's one of those dogs over the road just about 10 times the size of that one

Edit - You also need to clean everyday to keep on top of it IMO. 4 months after we moved in to our place we've nearly managed to get rid of the smell of dog

Yeah they grow massive, Japanese akita....kinda like a red husky

Bit from a website

"Akitas also have a high and well developed prey drive. An Akita is not likely to shower affection on someone that is not a member of his family or a close friend that he sees frequently.
The loyalty and devotion displayed by an Akita is phenomenal. The typical pet Akita will follow you from room to room, yet has the uncanny ability not to be under foot. Your Akita lives his life as if his only purpose is to protect you and spend time with you."

Akita's are very strong willed. You have to make sure they know who is boss or it'll walk all over you

Thats half the reason why i want one, go jogging on the beach every evening, and i think if i had a dog i'd go every morning before work too. Beautiful animals to be honest, my only real worry is whether my apartement is big enough for him during the day. If not i might look at selling and getting somewhere bigger just so i can get one
