budgie, seeing your post in the weekend thread made me realise i really do have to go out for a run soon .
works boring me today, and i keep wanting bbs ch's thank god they dont do them to fit my car on ebay

yeah i went running in the snow before christmas and i didnt last long.
feet were soaked in seconds, felt like my toes were gonna fall off when i got in the shower

how many miles is a 1/2 marathon?
i wanna say 13 but im prob wrong
just googled and i was right 
think id need to do some serious trainning to do that.
Can do about 2miles and my knee starts giving in
