pressed plates are also illefal

LOL Not if its a classic and are black/white

bizarrely, if you look above the post above this one made by me, i actually mention modern cars.

some days it is better to actually read through the pages of a topic before wildly posting something.

lesson learned for you i think.

LOL, Do you really just come on here and pick out things like that? Why didnt you say modern the first time? And no, i CBA to read the whole lot, do i care NO

you replied including a quote, thus implying you care. of which the quote was out of context. as you hadnt read the whole thread. so yes you care, you just got it wrong completely.

lesson learned. time to move on.

not what I meant! If I was going for easy fines, there's easier ones than getting into arguments about the legality of plates!

thank you!!! thats all i wanted to know !!!!! 3/4 plate on tomorow then

Nooo, thats what you wanted to hear. How does that statement there make it Legal? Of course Halfords are going to sell them, why not? They sell spray cans and hammers etc. Its not Illegal to sell such items, its their intended use that is.

Your just not gonna let up on this are you

I am willing to send you a months wages if you can prove me wrong.

Halfords CANNOT sell illegal number plates, FACT.

Dont they sell show plates aswell?
Underneath they say not for road use but they still sell them.
Still think its a grey area and if the plate abides by all the sizes, info and reflections they should be legal

So i could cut my old plastic plates down to a smaller size and they would still be legal if they had the correct gap?

lol, put my 3/4 on thismorning, and had my blue LED side light on with the main lights , looks nice imo... following a police car up by a hot spot for cars racing bang on the limit, and they didn;t hesitate
