its not possible that the number of Corsas dropping is affecting numbers because the Corsa is still in production, I think the site is geared too much to the Corsa B and not enough for the Corsa C and D unfortunatly Im not sure how you would overcome that as Im not expert on web design

But there isnt that many corsa owners about these days!
Looking at when i started driving, a lot of us had corsa sports, or other lads in the town had redtop corsa's, and alot of gathering was happening and the corsa lot was quiet big!
But now, they have all grown up and got bigger and better things (astra vxr, megane f1, civic type r, vx220 etc).
The new lads and girls that start driving tend to buy newer corsa making the corsa b 'rare'. And i talk about the corsa b as this is what CS is mainly aimed at!

It's not really about web design.
It's primarily at the moment to do with the fact that Corsa C got the newer stuff and All Corsa are, as a whole, more interested in the car than talking crap on the internet.

which was my point also, kids have to drive something, in my area they are taking to the Corsa C, in a few years they will be driving around in cheap £1500 Corsa Ds

All Corsa and Corsa C had more cars than CS. That isn't because of the recession.
Yeah, i did think that. I almost didnt post the above because of that reason.

I personally think there is a huge lack of real corsa projects here.....I have no problem with people using the forum who no longer have corsa as clearly they have stayed around for a reason (making friends etc) but as soon as a new member posts up pictures of his car with lexus lights etc saying its the biggest heap of shite isn't going to help! ( although it maybe true, people could be polite about it) Dont forget a corsa is a cheap/great first car and thats why alot of them cant afford to highly modify them with paying £2,000 for insurance!
Its like anything you need to put effort in, PVS was a massive success with CS BUT getting rid of CS would be a bad thing! I would just use mig from now on which would be a shame as i speak to alot of people from both sites etc!
I can't really see the problem with people posting combe stuff here although it was a WR event as I post Tunnel runs etc they're not CS related........
As for WR im not on the site so i can't comment too much but im a corsa driver which enjoys track days so i'm staying here! I can only guess you need to keep the effort on both but also attract more people to WR with takes time and by taken parts from here will only quieten CS down more.....

see shit like that happens because its allowed too, If I posted that on FiatForum it would be deleted in 30 seconds and I would have a PM telling me off, and THAT is why I only go on there once a week for a quick skim if that.
to get the main purpose of the site back to cars and the Corsa in particular would mean heavy moderation.
the lack of nazi style moderation is why I still use the site, I come on here to wind down not to be told what to do
it is a difficult one Il give you that

that is a huge huge problem too, If I dont have anything nice to say about someone elses car I try not to say it, even though I normaly think it, new members need to be welcomed
how about a new member section? like many others have, a place to say hiya and post a first few pics, ask why they dont have a garage and why they cant post classifieds. I hate the thought of yet more sub forums though, I reckon it could help
