Yup its shit and I'd hate to be in Liverpools situation but seriously if I was H&G I would screw the club for everything its worth and make it as difficult as possible. What do they have to lose by doing it? They are probably going to lose money and will be pissed off so may as well cause a bit of shit on their way out! They are never going to be loved by LFC fans either way...

I thin k this is what i would be doing if i was having the club sold from under me at a loss of £50m, it might be spitefull but i'd see it more as retaliation!

Any more info on how they've got to the figure of £1b for Damages? Or is it just because they're americans and you can get 100s of thousands of dollar for burning yourself on coffee, so they're basing it on things like that?

I'm guessing it will be partly their valuation of the club £600m, so they will say they made a £400m loss there.
Whatever future earning's they say the could would have made too
