Russ - It was to do with the clock issue Dave mentioned. Resetting hasn't worked so went back in and their solution was to google for 20 minutes, not find anything and then suggest setting the alarm and hour earlier

Another reason why I won't succumb to the Steve Jobs/iPhone is amazing mass buying hysteria that has overwhelmed the mobile phone market and, even though it was a front runner for practically every phone that is coming out has inadvertaintly ruined the end user experience for those of us (such as myself) that just want a phone that makes calls and sends texts. Being on contract makes it more sensible to get the most expensive phone on the market as to make the contract balance out over the duration, however a phone i'd be happy with would only cost £20.

We had a chat about the iPhone alarm failure problem thing earlier and one of the guys tried deleting the alarm and re-setting it but it still goes off an hour late. One guy was woken up the bin men this morning instead of his alarm

I hope the contracts that the N8 comes on get more realistic, as it looks pretty awesome and my contract is up in March Maybe they'll cut me a deal seeing as it'll be the end of a 2 year contract
