well joe i must admit that was a big concern of mine
ive got a friend who went from 32 stone (no lie) down to about 20 i think she is now after a stomach band and i kid you not in the nicest possible way she has huge amounts of loose skin all over
however i seem to be lucky in that my skin has shrunk back with the loss. possibly because ive only carried the extra weight the last few years who knows?
ive also been using creams and lotions
always thought in the back of my mind id like to start toning at some point, hence getting back in to netball and ive been looking at joining a gym now

So what happens when the diet's done? Do you just eat healthily or do you have to keep buying the branded stuff?

Well done — you have reached your target weight
Congratulations! You have worked hard to lose weight and have shown lots of discipline and stamina. You now might want to think about rewarding yourself and this can be as simple or as elaborate as you like.
Your aim now is to concentrate on keeping your weight stable and not putting those pounds back on. Cambridge Weight Plan not only helps you to lose weight, but the calorie-banded Steps help you stabilise your new weight and then maintain it. There are two key stages at this point:
1. Stabilisation
2. Long-term weight maintenance
1. Stabilisation is designed to help you gradually re-introduce different types of foods, so that you do not gain any weight. This is done by using the Step above the one you used to lose weight. You usually do this for a fortnight or until your weight is stable. Then you can move to the next Step and your Cambridge Consultant will advise you exactly when the time is right.
2. Long-term weight maintenance means that your weight has stabilised at one of the Steps for at least a fortnight. At this point, you will know the calorie level that you need to maintain your new weight or how you need to adjust your food intake to suit your requirements. You can continue to develop the skills that will help you keep your weight right for you in the long term. Do talk through your successes and any concerns with your Cambridge Consultant who will be able to provide you with tips and guidance.

Home time

Joe Had to go up to the shops at lunch to get some deodorant as I forgot to apply this morning so by lunchtime had a bit of a potent stench going. Then got back and it was sunny and nice so a bunch of us sat outside eating our lunch. Ahh, these are the days.
