Obviously I don't know because (edited big post for sake of scrolling)
It probably is partly my fault/slight misjudgement but as I say the fucker was properly hoofing it and even when he was braking he was pulling on me.
If we had crashed, I hate to say it but in the eyes of the law it probably would have been my fault, or I could have hoped for 50/50 but I doubt it as even though he was speeding I pulled out on him.
That's if I survived, I'm not exaggerating on his speed btw he must have been doing a minimum of 100 in my opinion.
