Anderson was dog shite last night. He must of misplaced as many passes as Rooney completed. We need a quality defensive midfielder to play alongside Cleverley. Carrick & Fletcher should be the back ups. Ship Anderson out. I've given him enough chances now, too many false dawns with that twat.

I disagree about getting rid of Anderson. He has started to come good these past few months. I think he should be allowed some slack for a couple of off games, now we know what he is capable of.

Same could be said for Nani to be fair! He has only just matured and perfected his game. Look back to all the failed Ronaldo-esque step overs and tricks he messed up when he could have just passed.

Yeah and I wanted rid of Nani a couple of seasons ago but then around the time we beat Arsenal away in about January it really clicked in to place for him and on the whole his performances have been consistently good since then.

Anderson has been here the same amount of time as Nani but there is no consistency to his performances. If he doesn't do it this season how long do you let it go on before he is taking up the place of someone we could get in that would be good 90% of the time instead of only 40 or 50%!

When Anderson is good he is very good and I'll give him the praise he deserves but the problem is he has far more bad games than good.

He doesn't get the game time that Nani gets though, Scholes etc always kept him out of the team.

Give him a consistant run and I think we will see decent performances. Anderson's game isn't about goals, its the mid field work rate.

Tom Cleverley has only come in to the first team this season and not seen him have a bad game yet. Already better than Anderson.

Rooney played really well in centre mid last night, I wouldn't be surprised if he plays there a bit more often now , some of the passes we like what scholes did. And Phil jones is another good player

After the match when fergie did the interview you could see he was gutted about Michael owen's injury
