yep the derv will be going back in with a 1mm overbored bottem end DIY port and polished head and a lightened flywheel

New daily as the golf gti i had was a rusty death trap.

Corsa's wheels have come in handy intill i paint up the 16" BBS alloys i've bought

Spent today removing the engine ready for its freshen up and so i cant paint the bay.
Need to drop the steering rack off aswell as i want a quick rack one.

New wheels



Have finished polishing the exhaust ports on my head but the pictures came out shit so i deleted them.
Have also got a 200sx manifold to be reflanged for my t25 turbo

Unfortunately me and my friend are having to move units.
Its all ready to go bar 1 bolt I'm waiting to be delivered.

Needed the runners adjusting aswell as they were know where near the head flange.

thats good i was thinking of doing a diesel as well but i didnt want to have a massive intercooler sticking out and now power behind it but thats pretty good

The standard turbo runs out off puff at 120bhp
