You might have exercise induced asthma, due to narrowing of airways. Take a long lasting inhalor prior to exercise and take fast acting one with you when exercising.

oh quick question.

I'm eating a lot of chicken, as in for me dinner, often have a chicken salad box for lunch as well. this isn't likely to be a problem to me is it?

You're better off doing exercises that use body weight as the resistance.

Press ups, Pull ups, Dips etc

Doing "weights" is better to gain muscle mass as you work up to heavier things but doing body resistance exercises makes your heart rate speed up and also tones your muscle.

I've been doing body weight exercises for about a month now.

Started on 10 press ups and now do sets of 50.
Started on 5 pulls up and can do sets of 30.
Started on pretty much 0 dips and can do sets of 20.

Do you mean a problem because you're eating a lot? If so, no, you'll just have smelly poos though.

Meal wise, I love pasta and chicken, seasoned with any of the Nando's chicken rubs, BBQ, Lime and something, etc. Schwartz do a really nice, but quite hot, Piri Piri seasoning which is

Most of my food is quite plain though cos I can't be arsed messing about, however I made some burgers with cheese (small amount), bbq sauce and salad and it was amazing. Same with chicken pittas with cheese (small amount) and salad

I'm no chef but I set my tivo box to record anything with Jamie Oliver in, his 30 minute meals are good to watch, some good tips when cooking as well (like when cutting food, put a damp towel under the chopping board to stop it moving )

Did you get a cooking book?

Chicken and Turkey are spot on Nic, good source of protein and leaner (less fat) than other meats like pork, beef, lamb etc. Just be aware on how it is cooked or what you have with it.

My diet is shite. I wake up at 6 go to work , usually grab a few bags of crisps and pop from shop. Eat them whilst working , get home about 10 and get a takeaway. I need to sort myself out but far too busy to be making meals and eating 27 times a day
