Unfortunately i've never been big on sympathy as you may tell, when I do something wrong, it eats me up and I don't fish for sympathy like Doyle has.
If someone keyed my car for example, i'd rather see their hands cut off than given a second chance. The world's a harsh place and people need to man up and accept the consequences of their actions, if it was up to justice they'd be let out and given a wad of money to get themselves something nice to wear and eat.

Not sure if DUI carries any sort of custodial sentence but the maximum a magistrate can give out is 6 months for one offence or upto 12months max. If there is more than one offence. In this case there are two offences but I'm not sure DUI will be considered for prison time, especially as the TWOC was not aggravated TWOC, i.e. no damage was caused and no one was injured. If that had been the case, this wouldn't have been in magistrates court, it woul have been crown. I'm guessing on a massive fine, 18month ban and, if your early acceptance, remorse and clear learning difficulties aren't taken into account, I could see a 3-6month term to make an example out of you
