It's hard to get caught out unless you are playing silly buggers, it's a very predictable car. No sudden power spikes

would they be that popular if they weren't any good? i see loads nowadays, can't be that bad.

I must have had a minimum of a dozen px offers on them when I was selling my golf so they can't be that good lol.

i wouldn't worry about losing the back end tbh. you'd be suprised at just how well it seems to stick to the road.

only been caught out twice so far, once pulling out of a petrol station doing about 5mph, must have gone over a drain cover, dsc pulled me straight back inline and another time when i was being a dick around a roundabout. again pulled me straight back inline.

i much prefer it to understeer from fwd cars.

I was caught out pulling out of a petrol station. I put it down to petrol/oil/shite all over the forecourt because when I got out of the car I nearly fucked over also.

I did similar out of Sainsburies in the rain fishtailed into the otherwise of the road. Luckily there was no oncoming traffic.

Combo of unexpected Smg kick down in auto, hesitation rain and oil/rubber on the road. I don't have tc/ESP tho so I kept it from crashing with chest hair and balls

Does not take much on those E36's.

I had a girls E36 M3 vert for a week when she was in Marbella a few years back. I pulled out of a junction on a perfect dry summers dry, not really given it beans but a fair bit of throttle and ass swung out. I was like WTF must this be like in the wet

Yeah they are a bit lairy from the rear end I think that's why the tyres on the E46 are so wide, had so much grip it's unreal

Oh and i had a sideways moment flooring it in second when it was pissing down in the Z3M. Hairs on your chest and skids in your pants

Best I have had in the Z4 is the traction control flashing like a strobe at me, although if i'm gonna lose it I would prefer to be when expected

just a spray detailer that allows the water to run off whilst you wipe the car over, giving you a streak/watermark free finish and takes hardly any time at all to dry the car.

smg will obviously take time to get used to. i bet it's a massive change not having to use something as natural as a clutch pedal, but your hands instead.
