Still no refund today, i've already text him telling him i will be summoning him to court through my solicitor if it isn't returned. The paypal claim ends today so should have a resolution, if it isn't in my favour then he will get a formal letter for final payment within one week then if its still not paid, he will have to make an appearance in court =D. Who all got refunds btw? Was it from him or paypal?

I think ud be wasting your time with court, court fees and solisitor fees cost well over a couple grand!

I got a refund from him, via paypal. Strangely it came the day after I paid. He 'posted' it and gave me a date for delivery. Strange tbh.
