7th largest doesnt necessarily mean 7th best.

Id be scared my cattle doesnt get killed by black widows (the spider not a lady whos spouse died), anacondas or crocodiles.

Its a shame that 40% of people (on here at least) then ruin it by overcooking it

I was at the abattoir having my lambs butchered last week and some of the cows hung up in the fridge had some seriously awesome looking steaks on them. Just wanted to cut them off and cook them there and then

Cook it?

Heat it up between your hands and then eat it like a real man.

i reckon these north england residents eat their steaks raw because they haven't worked out how to turn the grill on yet. too busy telling the woman to get the fuck back in the kitchen whilst they sit in front of the telly eating beef jerky.

Just chew down on it whilst it's still attached to the carcass in the fridge for maximum man points

My fat mate went on some meat diet, said you could eat stuff like jerky, So he bought a massive load of it from the internet to last him a while as snacks. Then he ate it all in a week

It might look better (subjective), and it probably tasted similar

But unless you like to chew your steak 20 times before swallowing it and take a drink between mouthfulls; it wasn't better

The first one is almost perfect, nice chargrilling for flavour with a soft inner with some juice in it

Good effort that one

I'm happy with it. £9 for two steaks @ Sainsburys as a last minute decision.

Blasted it for 2mins 45sec turning at 20sec intervals. Left it on a rack over a plate for 5 mins and fried up some crushed garlic and rosemary. Added the juice from the racked steak and then drizzled it back over.

Served up with finest frozen curly fries and onion rings

It was the hot side of warm all the way through and properly fell apart when lightly chewed. When lightly drawing a knife across, the surface of the steak just popped open like a busty bird popping the top button of her blouse.

Hammer I hope you enjoy flossing

I did one at the weekend, ended up grilling it because it was burning on the outside and bright red in the middle when in the pan
