Well, got my £20 on Brazil, hopefully get the month of football off to a good start! (Had to download a shitty A4 wallchart )

Chose Argentina for my 888sport free bet offer, got my fiver on second half having the most goals in that match at Evens, hopefully the Argies will get a couple at least and get me a free £10 or so

With regards to the football tonight, should be a good game tonight, Croatia are no mugs, shame that Mandzukic is out for them though. Brazil should win tonight (obviously), but I think it'll be fairly tight

Croatia have a quality midfield, Modric and Rakitic are both in sublime form.

Still can't see past a Brazil victory right enough, no home nation has ever lost an opener which is quite something given some poor nations have hosted in the past.

Cannavaro is amongst footballing royalty, being only the third defender to ever win the Ballon d'Or. He was the absolute standout player all tournament for Italy, guiding what could be said to be a poor team to the World Cup. He also proved that size meant nothing if you had the ability. There are many reasons to talk about just how tremendous he was.
