not today but thought id post anyway, did a 4hour round trip to pic a tidy base model 52k that was caked thick in dry pigshit underneath (its somehow kept it mint)
also got the interior out same day... new drag car in the making as the last one rotted out its arse

Ordered a SEAT Ibiza 1.2 diesel. Got it for 2 years.
Here at the end of the month.
It's going to be slow, reviews say to expect 60 MPG.
Used for the commute, boot for of IT crap... it'd got 5 doors for the little one. Daily sorted for a little bit.

Need to sell the Focus which with a bit saved gives me around 9k - 10k for a weekend toy. Currently looking at < 2003 disco, Freelander or Freelander 2. Basically want something to tow.

At least he has ordered a daily car now so can store those other toys away for a bit without having to put mileage on them. Got to say a freelander sounds like just the thing, least you're not lying about buying a camper van or some sort of performance car like you used go on about getting.
