The only way to correct it is to stay up all night, and dont go to sleep till about 10 or 11 pm the next day.. and have your alarm set to wake you up for about 8 or 9 the next morning, the tiredness will send u to sleep from being exhausted, but you should be able to wake up and get on with the day the next day, but again have an early night again. Also eating determines your sleep pattern.. Eat when you wake up not before u go to sleep

You sleep in four hour cycles, so aim to get 8 hours sleep and you will feel less tired. Try for 4 hours sleep might work but not sure. i'M calling it a day, got anout 900 words to do with about 2 hours spare 2mo.
