Thanks matey !!

Well another update!! Just bagged a set of 308mm front breaks and everything to fit a C for a steal of a price . Thanks to Atkin92 for sorting it all out for me .

Discs are used but no lip so hardly any use , And the pads are newish yellow stuff ones . Not to clued up on breaks really , are these good pads ?? Also the Calipers and carriers need a good lick of paint but that would have been done anyway !!

Yeah, came off the Astra. I bought the carriers when I bought the mounts. I gave the calipers a lick of paint on Monday, when I was a work. I've got my 16's in the back of my van waiting for a good wash. Fingers crossed I'll fit them over the weekend, so I can bed them in with 1L power.

I'm a bit worried the engine won't turn the disc's.


They should be a improvement, have you tried new fluid? Might be worth doing the lot while you're at it.

Well these are the brakes in question!!



They look abit ropey in the pic but the calipers and carriers will get sproosed up and im going to replace the discs with these



Can anyone give me any feedback on yellow stuff pads ? There coming with the brakes and are supposed to be all but new!! Any feedback would be appreciated regarding the pads !
