agreed plus cashley will be a cunt to deal with. Linked for £15m in the mirror today tho, inclined not to sign anymore africans but he is a decent player and already versed in the prem so little bedding in time

also linked again with Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa for £7m who would be a fantastic signing if so and would def solve last lingering concerns of being slightly short in defence. not sure if montpellier would want to sell us another of their key players (captain) but their chairman did say he could go for the right money as only has one year left, superb utility defender

still want to see us sign M'Vila, him and Yanga-Mbiwa would really make this the best summer in a long long time, Robin van Turncoat aside

How do you know about Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa? I've never heard of him.

I want Yaya Banana.

we were linked with him quite a bit during last season so heard quite a few thigns and checked a few game sout, really strong defender and can play anywhere across the back line, be a great deal if can get him for £7m! AC are in for him as well though and might offer him regular action so not sure how likely it is

Arsenal & Spurs are "selling clubs" or otherwise known and being run as a business. The problem is that gets you no-where until the rules of operating at a profit are upheld properly

Was there ever an outcome into the investigation into the 100m stadium sponsorship? Next it will be car parking places at the stadium for 10m a pop

Are Man United 'a selling club' for punting Ronaldo?

Every club in the world is 'a selling club' for the correct price.

Its not the selling Modric part that makes them a selling club, it's giving Real first option on any player they want now they are Reals feeder club

Is that officially the partnership then? Real get first option? What do spurs get in return?

Talk about blowing it out of proportion guys it doesn't mean Real just pick and choose out of spurs squad as they please it just means if someone makes an offer from a club that they are going to accept they have to inform Real and if they match it, they get the chance speak to the player first. Or if they put a player up for transfer they get first shot.

They can still reject stuff if they wish

It is widely agreed Levy has pulled off a masterstroke from people within the game.

I don't understand what Spurs are getting in return though?

There can't be any players willing to join Spurs from RM who are good enough for Spurs.

And the only two players that are good enough for RM are Walker & Bale.

Whats the bullshit about sharing coaching?

I was amazed they didn't try and get Sahin as part of the deal, before he moved to Liverpool.

I can only see having a strong relationship with one of the biggest sides in the world as a good thing. I imagine for one any young superstars they want to blood they'll be more likely to loan out. Plus any big players that are on the fringes that want first team football. You'd probably get them free or at least not have to fully pay thier wages.
