yes, but it also has had a year worth of development to sort out software bugs unlike the PS3 - which is the main point that you seem to be completly over looking
but i wait your reply of "STFU, you idiot, dick, tosser, wanker"

microsoft has now ironed out all the bugs i believe, and fingers crossed if you buy one made past a certain date it should be trouble free unless you have a game known for having glitches.
havnt both been in development as long as each other though? and sony has run into a number of problems and bugs like over heating, freezing, fragile blu ray disc's and over 200 games that were meant to be compatible with the ps3 werent. sony knew about this but kept quiet until after the launch date
another thing worth remembering is that these are a bit more than game consoles now, they're basically computers and anyone who has a computer will know these freeze up and have problems from time to time

Well done, If your going to stand a narrow object with a stupid center of gravity vertically, you may want to put it in a place where it wont fall over.
What did you expect to happen inside the disc tray? Zero point modulation to keep the CD from touching the sides?

exactly. ive been trying to tell john etc about the controller/wireless flaws with controllers (which cannot be corrected unless they re-call them)
I have played both and TBH there is nothing extra the PS3 does that the 360 cant.
