There is an old barge of a blue 525 touring parked round the corner for £350, nice set of wheels and it'd look awesome. (and as my mum said "perfect for my trips to ikea") lol

legendary cars dude, can't afford to insure one yet let alone buy a bmw bad times, keep looking at e36 coupes, I wanted an e46 but there's some nice examples of e36 about

no point putting a z18 in, be cheaper to buy one and then I can't afford it, besides I hate this car

Well im giving them till fri/sat and if nothing develops, im going to take the car and meet DaveyLC me thinks.

As now it's only him and WarrenG I can trust to get this running and Davey lives closer so.

I sent them a semi-stinking text as im not a total badger as i've been nice about it, perhaps abit to nice now.

So see what develops

Right, been up there AGAIN today.

We've agreed that if it's not been done by sunday i'm taking the car back and we're leaving it at that.

For the scrappage scheme, does the car need to be running?

Well think they have made some real progress yesterday. The reason why the guy has been so ker-fuffled with the loom is that apparently it's a X18XE not the XE1.........

Though i was skeptical at first. He had a wod of papers explaining the differences and how to convert the XE to the XE1 loom.

So at the moment im giving him the benefit of the doubt, but the main boss guy rang me yesterday apologizing severely and explaining how embarrassing he is about it. And he's going to make sure it's done by sunday.

Though I have lined up a garage that seem quite excited on the concept of a vectra engine in a corsa
