I've always liked the boots salads plus in the meal deal they're a bargain. M&S sandwiches are good though.
I'd be as bad as you TBH Tom

Yeah sit at home on full pay.
Theres a big shutdown on so space is at a premium, the platform can only accommodate about 140 guys so if they need specialist bodies in for the shutdown then I get put on standby.

Both boots salads and M&S sandwiches are normally filled with salt and mayo, not good.

Does anyone else like the cookies they make at M&S in the bakery bit? I may have an addiction to them

I understand you're not supposed to have too much salt (not that I've ever taken any notice of what I eat) but what's wrong with mayo?

full of calories, sandwiches and salads are designed to look healthy but the reality is they arent. For example in tescos you'll find it hard to get a salad that has under 500-600 calories, I think the only one I could find was the salmon pasta and pesto one.

Meh, like I said I've never bothered looking at what's in what I eat. If I like it, it goes in my mouth
Matty, we have those cookies everyday in work

2000 for women and 2500 for men is the recommended daily allowance i think, and you can eat under that if you're trying to loose weight.
