ha ha ha.

Meh, your not Van dam, any gym work, cardio, should do the trick.

Paying someone to tell you off and tell you what to do, nahhhhhhh. Depends if your gym orientated I guess. I hate even doing inductions to gyms, leave me alone dammit.

Towny, nahhh, village bumpkin morelike

I've had gym memberships for years, always a gym near home though and never in town cause its too bloody expensive.

I found that I had no motivation, didnt do proper sessions, I'm not qualified to work out how much i should be pushing and pulling etc. After my last stint of fucking off the gym I got my best mates brother to be my trainer when he had spare slots, moved to a different gym at a golf club which is really nice and I try to see a trainer once or twice a week if I can, as well as going to the gym two or three times on my own.

Dont get me wrong, I still hate the gym, really knackers me out but its just something I need to get on with

even if I train with mates, they are never into as much as you, can't beat the advice and motivation from a professional which mates (mine anyway) can not provide.
