Looks like the cert. Ref and number.

Manager in halfords said they have recently started checking ALL qualifications that are entered on their system to make sure none are copied / fake.
Any dodgey ones are reported to the police and they can sentance you to 3 years in jail.

just went in there produced my cert, and said i was setting up my own business fixing cars in my spare time/weekends

they checked my signature with my driving license, job done
