Small pulley % relates to % reduction. Smaller the pulley more boost you cave man

What size is the standard pulley,just so i can work out the size of 1 that is 15% smaller.

Standard Cooper S has a larger pulley than say the JCW which is 11% smaller than the standard Cooper S pulley

So on a JCW you would really only want a 4% smaller pulley which I don't think even exists.

mini i was getting has just snapped its timing chain, might be getting dirt cheap

The early model OE pulley is 65.5mm, the later model 65mm.

think about it like gears on a bike, smaller the pulley, the faster your legs would turn to gain one revoloution

now if the crank is driving the supercharger via a pulley, the smaller pulley will alloy for more revolutions dispite the same rpm
