have a read through here http://www.ukbarfclub.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewDoc&docId=12
dogs dont need cereal, rice, potato and processed shite in their food, its all fillers! where do you thing all this crap that the body doesnt need goes? straight out the other end! my dogs use to do huge and mostly runny poops but since being on this diet i have had solid poops from them every time and they are the size of small pebbles! they also go white

bafr is the best and most natural diet to feed any dog on! what do you think they use to eat in the wild before we got hold of them and started feeding them crap? what do wolfs eat?

Promotional Marketing Material from a club supporting the diet can hardly be read as unbiased.

Dogs are Dogs, not Wolfs. I hear this so oftenly that its no longer funny. Our Dogs are descendents of Wolfs, correct, however they have been altered over the past 80 - 100 years and their diets have changed radically. Over those years, the changes that the 20 - 30 generations of that dog will have had a catastrophic affect on its digestive system.

Finally, there is a massive difference between what is natural and what is good. In nature, they would have eaten bones and raw meat and I agree that they survived just fine. Our ancestors would have drunk from rivers, and we all survived just fine. However when their is an alternative, i.e. Purified water, we'd take it.

I wouldn't be against that diet if it had the bone removed, and as I said, if on a prey bias diet, additional supplements should be included.

Final point, if you were thinking of buying a Sony television, the last place you would go for an opinion is the Sony Shop, because they will 100% of the time same its amazing. Same with research on anything, have a look for some unbiased facts, not propaganda from a pro barf website.

My "Staffy" Missy, don't think she is a full staffy, she is 6 now.
She was born deaf and suffers with a lot of allergies, 35 in total, all basic things like certain types of grasses, we tried many diets with her, from cooked meats like pure chicken with rice, natures menu, all types of dog foods etc, I would never try raw food with her, already has a sensitive tummy, but seems she is happy with iams and pedigree meaty meals.
Good thing with her deafness is she is totally fearless, she learnt sign language for sit, paw, kiss, stay, walkies, dinner time and playtime.

This is Bobby, his 3 now and his scared of everything, balloons, bottles, footballs, any sort of tubes like kitchen roll tube or that of the hoover, and pretty much anything that moves or comes close to him so hopefully with age he will become a bit more independent and not be such a baby !

We should eat more e-coli imo. That way over generations our bodies will adapt to it making it just like the common flu.
