According to the BBC site the actual road it was found on is Bucklebury Close, Holyport, Maidenhead. Looks like a little cul de sac on google maps.

But Maidenhead isn't Reading it's closer to Slough so I don't think that report is correct

What time was it seen on the M25 Saturday night?! Reason is something wheelspun top of my road making the unmistakable burning rubber smell. Considering how far I am from main road in terms of of "smell" I noted it unusual to smell that.

That's around the time I smelt it. Might have been coincidence. If it was found in Maidenhead the people who stole it from London. Maidenheads a dumping ground for this sort of thing
