so if we say the pumas worth £1500 standard, you could sell the seats, wheels and coilies for maybe £500 and have spent a grand we have £3000 already. now take into account the £500 for seats your wanting to spend we have £3.5k
couldve bought a civic type r, tt quattro, scooby, clio cup.....

i honestly wouldnt really choose any of them i reckon the puma is equally as good as it is apart from the scooby
obviously they are all 'nicer' cars but im not really fussed too much, puma is cheap to run and insure

the puma may slightly out handle the ctr and clio but they will pagger you in on a straight. the tt will pagger them but is a bit bargy. the scooby will pagger them all....
none are cheap to run as you have stated

i hate this way of thinking.
the way i see it is, steve now has a puma more capable than most, and quite a lot of it is brand new
buy a £5k civic, and i bet it would end up having aload spent on it. Then when you have spent £9k, you will say, could of got an M3

Me and Steve are the most sane on here when it comes to car and i really believe that.
god knows what some of you guys have spent on cars and still not happy with what you have, let alone the money that just vanishes into thin air
