Yeah will be interesting, not sure if they will show a great deal as think most the muscle gains (which Im certain I have) will be hidden until I cut the fat down a lot more so Im more defined.

Im not so fussed if at the end of it Im not looking cut though and still have some fat to lose, as I will be aiming to bulk more and not cut properly until before summer.

Doing a 2nd round of P90X will help. One of the big things for me will be sorting out a decent diet and getting active.

Yeah, thats what I wanted from this mainly. Sorting my diet out and getting my arse back in to training. Its done that already.

Something like 2st in weight loss by the end of it (I expect it'll be towards that with it being more or less 20lbs now), and a decent amount of bulking up will certainly surpass what I expected from it tbh.

Really going to aim to cut the gut and push the heavy weights during these final 6 weeks.

2st is good going to be fair. Another round of it with all the ab rippers should help cut the gut.

you'll have to wait a few weeks for my phase 2 pics... but i'm looking forward to it. I've sorted my life out now, got energy and can dedicate time to it again.

Can't wait! should have phase 2 around christmas / new years. Ready for phase 3 in new year.

Aye Im getting there.

As I was saying the other day, I know Im building muscle but its not exactly noticeable as Ive plenty of fat to cut yet - my arms are a good example of this where Ive not a huge amount of definition as got a fair amount of excess fat on them.

Still got plenty to lose around the waist too, but thats where I had the most. Beer certainly does = bad

Really going to hit it for the last 5 weeks (Phase 3) starting Monday.

This is going to sound really gay but hey ho, you can really see a curve from your waist up to your arms. The back exercises have made a really noticable difference.

No idea yet. Will see how I go with this and how it turns out then decide.

May just do more bulking for a couple of months then cut before the summer.

If I dont carry on with this then def the gym.

TBH I'll be moving come the new year so will have less space (well, less sorted space for a while) so may have no choice but to gym it!
