No friends

Theres only been a few times where i've needed more than 2 seats, but we have a focus aswell so thats mostly not an issue.

Couple of times whilst in scotland we wanted to go out with her sister and boyfriend, so he took his car (corsa vxr), so it wasn't a problem.

Thought you had a zhp? Think I'm getting one for Christmas.

Ahhh the no friends thing makes sense now haha. I stopped giving people lifts when I lowered my corsa so never bothered me. My friends have the practical ish cars.
I've only found my car annoying when changing my wheels over, had to get my dad to take them to have tyres fit.
Airport was annoying too because I couldn't fit two cases in :/

You bought any machine monkey tips yet? They look loads better than standard

I like the standard exhaust tips tbh. The MM ones are nice but too thin for me.

I have a ZHP knob but it twists when fitted. Must have broken a bit of plastic that holds it on the shaft when I kept taking it off. Might be able to bodge it I suppose

I agree. They're white in real life, but have a weird green tint in pics for some reason.

Going to change them for some of those philips diamond vision bulbs soon.

Ahhh yeah that lug inside is pretty shit on mine, doubt you could repair it really.
I like the mm tips. They have a nice finished edge on them and look ace being so neat cut IMO

They do look nice, I just prefer the chunky standard ones. Saw them on lukemaces motor (quad) last week, looked lovely!

I'm unsure whether I want to sell this car for a bigger one. I love the way it drives, the low down driving position and the noise. It also amazes me how many people still thinks it's an expensive car and don't believe it when I tell them they can get one for 5k.

took it out for a quick drive in the sun with the roof down and it put a massive smile on my face.

Just wish I had kept the bloody roof black! Just spent more than an hour getting rid of little red dots on the paintwork. Only done the n/s, still have the o/s, bootlid and bonnet to do.

Going to be going back to black.soon anyway I think. It's not perfect and it's starting to annoy me.

Love drinking oil, these M54's...

The rear light bulbs didn't last long at all another 2 blew. Replaced them with clear single filament bulbs. Think i'll order some osrams for peace of mind.

Trying to refrain from selling it to buy a brand new fiesta st. can get it for a great price (13.5k - £219 a month/36 months).

I completely agree with you, but I always get bored having a car you can't do anything to.

Would be nice not to have to worry about any problems that don't usually arise in brand new cars though.
