i also agree like of jr-rob-broster will have no trouble keepin up if not winning, but it will still prove that 3.5kplus and loss of few hundred kg's is whats needed to win

my personal view is broster will take most classes providing he can drive the corsa to its full potential

without meaning to start another argument, i wont have lost any weight, still have full interior etc. and i have spent no more than i would of spent having a 20xe or whatever rebuilt and fitted

rob hayes will have a very nicely spec'd motor indeed.

id expect without taking any interior out it would rival a 20xe with ease

tim, nooooooooooo. surely not???

I'd fancy this, sounds like fun. Liking the Idea of Brands Hatch, not as far for me to be towed home then!!!

Anytime from end of April 2006 onwards should be ok once my cars taxed, MOT'd , insured an exhaust and rollcage done.

Not saying I wouldnt travel, just Brands sounds better for me!

Would someone actually be prepared to organise this properly though? If a date was set say 3months in advance and everyone paid 2months beforehand with NO REFUND option, otherwise its worthless even talking about it as its be spoken about so many times before! If thats already been discussed, i apologise, i just scanned through the 8pages seeing who wants to go!

Thats a good idea. Then if you cant go you can still sell your spot.

Should be like TOTB for corsa. Do a 1/4 a top speed and a handling course, with points for each.

yep, agree with that corb, should pay up so its booked and paid for in advance, then if you cant go, tough basically but atleast its still the same price for everyone else.

and yeah tim, should be like that points for each thing.

ive still got to email places

santa pod will be useless because we can only do 1/4 mile times, not 0-60mph times and top speed

i'm open to any suggestions about venues, but i'm gonna email brunters and brands anyway
