It may have been against the law (and probably is) but I'd say the majority of people on here have done it in their mates cars or with their parents before they were old enough to drive. And yes I know that doesn't make it right, just that you can't all really have a go

In that case it's a public place and would qualify as a road under the Road Traffic Act so you/her could be prosecuted for the offences mentioned earlier.

i thought there was one in this country too? there was also that bloke who made the film of the bloke going across paris in rush hour at the speed of light some famous film maker but he never revealed who the driver was thus couldn't be prosecuted
