had the 810 for 16 months, then it decided it didn't like me hearing people on the other end unless I had it on loudspeaker

i was the same this morning! woke up naturally after a good sleep so was able to enjoy 10mins dozing waiting for alarm clock. good time til i got to the car are saw the frost!!
