Yeah I have to say I'd have a V6 over say a 182/192 just for the balls out looks

Ive had my fair share of crap with mine aswell.

I did want an Anni, but the prices hold too well, suppose it works both ways though it would be worth more in the end. Mine will do for thumping up & down the motorway & getting in a mess. Bloody fly's just now Wash the car & next day its covered Absolutelly useless! Ive even been thinking about driving slower

What you done now? Or was this the petrol station incident?

Mines due a service 100k, not sure if its worth going through the stealerships to keep fsh or get a friendly VW technician to do it for £70, in the local VW garage at the weekend, however cannot stamp the book!! :\

Petrol station incident aye!

Bit of steering arm was replaced and trck rod end... tomorrow I have 2 new front tyres goign on (were needed anyways so no biggie)

Goodyear Eagle F1 Assimetricos... they will go to the back and the Michelin PS2s from the back are going on the front until they need replacing in approx 3k

Then next week 6 year/60k service

I could but then its still not full stealership service which quite alot of people (probably Robbo ) can be a bit Anal about

Options :

£200+ Stealership
£150 - Local VW specialist
£70 mate off VW forum that works for local VW & would do the service at the weekend in the VW garage - cant stamp as its all on computer & he'd be fucked if he stamped it etc say no more!

Unsure, will it really make a difference if a 100k+ 7yr old car has fsh much?

Cosmo's going to be raging we took over his thread

Huge difference in M3 prices because there is a huge difference in the quality of car out there. I wouldn't buy one for less than 20k IMO (unless it was a bargain obviously!) but as Robbo says, it aint half the car without the toys! Good choice though..
