yup. hacked the vents out of my mates astra gsi bonnet and welded them into mine. its was fooked anyway and i gave him some cally leathers in exchange.

Know you mentioned about the custom flywheel jobbie. Want to make sure i know what you mean.

Basically it's a custom flywheel so say an X16XE could be fitted with say an F20 gearbox? That sort of what you mean or am i totally loosing the plot

Thats it exactly so i can put an f20 on a 1.6. Had to grind a tiny bit off the sump for some reason though as where the shaft goes in was hitting and stopping the box lining up but its all good now

im gettin used to throwing it in and out now its too easy its tiny. F20 box is heavier than the engine just waitin for my mini engine bushes to arrive then i can tack the mount in and take the engine out to weld it in properly and then fingers crossed its going in for the final time and then its onto the wiring just need my laptop to turn up i got for 20 quid as the one i have doesnt have a serial port to set the ecu up

Hi mate, projects looking good, i like the arctic theme i nearly bought an arctic at the start of the year but the recession put me off lol, im putting the same engine in my nova atm, using an f28 box though and omex management, what are you doing about the ignition system? as its 4 coils and i know my omex cant run it. heres where im at:

gunny- my go tech can run 4 coils but im using a zetec coil and leads to get it up and running. f28 is on the cards as well but using the f20 for now
