Im not a cunt to everyone else at all, if you got my humour (or just had any sort of sense of humour) you'd realise this.

I have no problem if you want to act like that towards me, you mean that little to me that it really doesnt bother me. You seem to think calling me stuck up and having a go because I own some bridal shops is going to get at me, Im unsure why you think this as Im proud of what Ive done tbh.

Does it tell you in the download what things you need to buy like the pull up bar etc?

Yes it shows you what you will need. Basically all you need is the pull up bar, a few dumbbells, yoga mat and push up stands. And then you just need to.....Bring It!

With regards to pre /post/recovery shakes, best thing is to have a shake with protein powder and then some simple carb's like oats, and a banana. 1 hour before your session. Then straight after have a protein only shake.

Agree with barndoor about the creatine, it's a waste of time. Only supplements you need is protein.

oats aren't really simple carbs, more complex carb, dextrose is a simple carb

I usually chuck in some simple carbs in my post workout shake too.

Pre w/o shake protein, dextrose, caffiene and taurine

I'm starting my plyometrics tonight

Although I did a trial run of it last week and it's quite knackering! ... my flat roof is also quite low, and i was hitting it doing some of the jumps
