Well, RRP was £14,145 IIRC, Then with extra stuff on was about £600 extra, Got a good discount though as the dealership was owned by my ex's uncle (he wasnt aware we had split up) so gave me LOL amounts cashback, discount on the price, 6k for my old C2 (which 8 months prior i had bought from him for 5k) and a full tank of derv so wasnt too bad.

After a few k's modding i'm in to loose a lot when i sell it

They have stopped making a VTS diesel now which is gay, however should mean mine doesn't loose as much i think.

Hmmm.

Been looking at D's like the one I had ordered, 1.4 Sxi comes in at £13,900 with the options I want.

Minus scrappage and partners discount = £9500 iirc!

Nah i'll pass. Thinking something sensible to get to work, take the dog out etc so along the lines of this.

But, wouldn't be quick enough or satisfy my cravings for tuning and modding so something like this But would need an engine rebuild and a respray as its the wrong colour. And tidy the inside up (Good project for the beginning of the year). If i can garage it till its drivable then would be fun for next summer.

Yes reason for me going new is something reliable and hassle free.

Even looked at the 1.3 CDTi with the 6speed gearbox but that's about £800 more than the 1.4
