That's it pretty much it. Trying to work out the cost difference between Oct 09 and the last 3 months average, eg.
WBS 1 - Oct 09 = £0.00 Last 3 months avg = £320.95
WBS 2 - Oct 09 = £17906.96 Last 3 months avg = £9327.22
