Fuck me let this be an example to you Pow, I've been going with a mate of mine over to a pub over the other side of Reading every Tuesday, now I only knew my mate to start with but I've made 6 new friends in the space of 3 weeks, then last Tuesday we pick up a mate of a mate who happens to be a girl, that evening she tells my mate she likes me and ever since we been dating.
It's the chance encounters that lead to the best relationships, not going out looking desperate just for a chat

Pow, Joe speaks sense - Don't go out intent on pulling; go out to have a good time and meet new people/expand your friend base. You have good banter, you're a relatively funny guy and you're easy enough to talk to. You have a good base to build on!!
Chester is a big night out but tbh, you need to just get out locally more - doesn't even have to be clubbing/big pubs and bars. Local or country Pubs are actually great places to meet people even if they're just friends of friends etc.
