Cheers! Starting to think the white bar tape wasn't such a good idea though.. Rapidly becoming grubby looking.

Had white bar tape on my track bike, turned minging, got replaced with black tape, haven't ridden it since

Mine is explicitly declared on the house insurance. Not sure what that covers TBH. e.g. If I locked it up outside a shop and it got stolen, I don't know if it would be covered.

I can get discount on bike insurance through my British Cycling membership. Haven't really looked into it further than that though.

Mines covered on house insurance, includes when its out and about too.

Got bike cover with my house insurance, a few quid extra over the year, tbh I'm not sure if it's covered out of the house though, been meaning to check.

Done a few routes over the last 3 nights off road, on the mountain bike. If I carry on, bones will get broken fo sho!

Adrenaline is awesome off it though.

Anybody done the Marin trails in n wales?

Just signed up to do some race round the Isle of Wight. Its bikes v boats apparently. 62 miles in about 3.5 hours.

been going out twice a week in the evenings, using my iPhone and Cyclemeter, good little app!

logs all rides in calendar and can compete against them / routes etc...

I'm glad I swapped my Tiagra groupset for SRAM Apex.

Took a wee bit to get used to but it's really nice to use now imo.

I just like my brake levers being fixed, and being able to move the shifting paddle towards me with my finger whenever I shift is awesome too.
