197 brembos are pretty heavy, plus you have to run a 300mm disc with them, which adds more weight, then you have potential clearance issues with 15s.
These brakes will be much lighter and will cost me a fair amount less overall as the calipers don't need refurbing.
Also, I wouldn't have super awesome floating discs and #racecar calipers...
You can get some brackets which allow you to run a 280mm disk but i think a bit of the caliper mounting face needs milling away

Just ordered a set of flat door cards, some aerocatches for the bonnet, boot and bumper, some spare wheels (again) and tyres, plus a few other bits and pieces.
I've got to get it ready for the 22nd of April when Mrs Robin does her ARDS test!

It's being built for the 750MC Hot Hatch regs but we might end up in Tricolore Trophy Production Plus class instead

Looks awesome Robin. What have you done with your old Corbeau seat?

Sold the pair together, bought another single one for the passenger seat.
Had a lot of trouble trying to sell one seat on it's own so ended up wasting time messing around doing it the complicated way haha.

Is the rainlight in the old wiper hole? If so, great idea.

Yeah, uses the wiper blank. It also uses the original foglight wiring! No holes in the bootlid, no nasty brackets, nice and simple!

They're custom, JC Weldfab in Wellingborough did them.

So after the Mrs had a whole day of tuition at Bedford on Saturday, this was the state of the front pads!
So I replaced them with the Pagid RS14s I had, until the other brake kit is ready.
Also fitted the BTCC style tow strap to the rear of the car
These apparently are mandatory from next year, 2 on the front, 2 on the rear but I need to do some fab work to fit the other 3 so I've done a part job for now
